Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Ibrahim Saber, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Horus University, Egypt, and in the presence of Professor Dr. Hassan El-Shenawy, Member of the Board of Trustees, Professor Dr. El-Saeed Abdel-Hadi, President of the University, Professor Dr. Magda Nasr, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, Professor Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Aal, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Professor Dr. Omar Ghoneim, Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, Horus University, Horus University hosted Professor Dr. El-Sayed Ibrahim Kandil, President of Helwan University, on Sunday, October 5th, for an enriching discussion as part of the Horus Cultural Salon. During the discussion, Professor Kandil addressed issues of arts, culture, and identity in the age of artificial intelligence, and reviewed Egyptian history and civilization across various historical periods. The salon was attended by a select group of faculty members, teaching assistants, and students, in a distinguished intellectual atmosphere reflecting the university’s commitment to supporting cultural dialogue and intellectual enlightenment. This event is a continuation of Horus University’s role in disseminating cultural and intellectual awareness among its students.
